DataMan ID readers are optimized to ensure continuously high read rates of 1D and 2D symbologies in direct part mark and label-based identification applications, on the fastest production lines. This allows DataMan readers to deliver the industry's most reliable code reading. Models are available for all fixed-mount code reading applications.
The Power of IDMax™ software results in breakthrough Data Matrix code reading based on patented Cognex PatMax® technology. IDMax handles a wide range of degradations to code appearance that result from dramatic degradations in DPM code quality due to differences in material types and surfaces. IDMax is available with the Dataman 100X model.
The Speed of IDQuick™ software allows fast, high-performance reading of high-quality 1D and 2D codes, as well as low contrast codes on uniform backgrounds. The DataMan 100S, 100Q, and 100X models incorporate the IDQuick decoding software.

The QuickScan® QS2500 Linear Imager Handheld Scanner is the newest member of the QuickScan® product family. For retail, office, and light-industrial applications, the QS2500's 200 scans-per-second linear imager scan engine provides snappy reading performance and a mid-range depth-of-field. And the QS2500 also reads poorly printed bar code labels quickly and easily.

The QS2500 is capable of reading a wide range of bar code symbologies, including Reduced Space Symbology (RSS) and PDF417, allowing you flexibility in reading now and in the future. It also features flash memory for easy software upgrades, along with programming and label editing. Its enclosure is lightweight and ergonomic, and has an available hands-free tabletop stand.

The Quick Check® 600 Series is used for testing traditional and full ANSI/CEN/ISO parameters. These models perform quick pass/fail tests or use more powerful measuring tools for highly details analysis. Test results are provided through a 4 line by 20 character LCD, light emitting diodes, and audible tones. The unit is also RS-232 compatible and works with a Windows®-based verification software package.
The QC800 Series Bar Code Verifier offers the convenience of simple aim-and-shoot verification through the use of a QC3800V, a customized, IT3800 hand held imager. Quickly perform pass/fail testing of dimensional and format quality parameters like average bar deviation, wide-to-narrow ratios, encodation, and ANSI/CEN/ISO decodability. Also, full traditional and ANSI/CEN/ISO dimensional, reflectance, and format tests can be performed using optional mouse and pen style wands.

Barcode Scanner Controller
The Bar Code Scanner Controller controls up to two bar code scanners/verifiers.
Provides key-switch "teach" functionality, pushbutton reset, indication lights, buzzer and external device plug-in connector, so wiring is not necessary. Provides 100% inspection of Barcodes. With the SV-100 Scanner Verifier you can analyze linear barcodes and reject based on barcode quality. Set it for "C" grade or better. Will reject if barcode does not meet ANSI standards.
