A variety of standard materials are available including aluminum, brass, copper, cold-rolled steel, Mu metal stainless steel, nickel silver and cupro nickel. Hudson Technologies also offers custom services and specializes in difficult to form materials such as stainless steel and titanium.

ADVANTAGE: A deep drawn prototype will be the same as the production order when your solution includes a deep drawn case, or very similar depending on final specifications, material and volume. This does not occur when prototypes are fabricated and the design solution includes deep drawn production.

In-house capabilities include heat-treating, technical assistance and design assistance for manufacturability and reliability. Project management services are included, bringing together engineering, tool making, quality control, production, supply chain management and logistics as needed.
