Perfluor© is IER's trade name for Perfluoroelastomer, a polymer capable of withstanding harsh chemical environments. We offer Perfluor in white and black versions, with a durometer range between 70-85 Shore A. This material is used for o-rings, custom seals, gaskets, wire seals, and diaphragms.

This material is used for critical seals within valves, pumps, processing equipment, mixing equipment, dispensing equipment, and in delivery-containment vessels in direct contact with harsh chemicals. These critical Perfluor© seals support these fluid transfer applications by minimizing costly downtime for seal replacement by extending the life of the seal.

IER Fujikura has a special molding line dedicated to low volume orders (one piece and up). We also have a dedicated aerospace manufacturing area and we are AS 9100 B certified, the only MFG Support outside of the cell is Rubber Compounds supplied by our milling dept. and testing by our 17025 LAB. The hydraulic presses for this manufacturing center range from 20 ton lab presses to 700 ton production presses. Platen sizes range from 9" square to 32" square. All presses are electrically heated and have self contained hydraulics.

IER Fujikura has a dedicated Aerospace manufacturing center that has been certified to ISO 9000:2000 and AS 9100B. All materials and testing for this manufacturing system are supported by our in-house ISO 17025 Certified Laboratory.

All materials for this system are mixed in house from scratch. We mold a full range of elastomers, including Perfluor© (IER Trade name) Perfluorelastomer, a material we have processed for over

20 years.

We have formulated a number of rubber compounds to meet the needs of our Aerospace customer base. We have IER Fujikura data available, as well as 3rd party verification.
