Our secondary processes include surface treatments and coatings, die-cutting, assembly and special packaging. Our I-Process surface treatment enhances seal function, assembly and packaging.

At IER Fujikura, we utilize compression, transfer, injection and other proprietary molding technologies to meet customer needs. In addition, our vast knowledge of formulas and compounds allows us to produce parts that will function in almost any environment.

We continually refine our processes in prototype design, rubber compound development, manufacturing, value-added surface treatments and assembly. We also provide application and testing design assistance, compound development and testing, cost-justified components and equipment, and responsive supply.
