Moxa's AWK-4121 is a 3-in-1 wireless access point/bridge/client with IP67 certification for outdoor environments. It is designed for industrial applications and can operate in extreme weather conditions and temperatures from -40° to 75°C.

Industrial-Grade Design for Outdoors
Outdoor industrial environments, such as mines and oil fields, are often subject to extreme temperatures and unpredictable weather conditions that can easily damage commercial-grade access points. The AWK-4121 is housed in an aluminum alloy die-cast enclosure that achieves IP67-rated protection for outdoor environments. It features M12 and waterproof RJ45 connectors that help prevent damage or disruption from rainfall, dirt, dust, extreme humidity, or excessive shock and vibration. With an innovative fin-shaped heat sink on the back panel, the AWK-4121 keeps cool and operates smoothly, even in the most challenging outdoor environments.
Powerful Network Management Features
The AWK-4121 supports the IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless standards, and the IEEE 802.3af Power-over-Ethernet standards, for greatest flexibility in wiring and power distribution. Network security is ensured with support for WEP, WPA/WPA2 (WiFi Protected Access), and IEEE 802.1X authentication. Support for STP/RSTP helps protect data transmission security through a dynamic backup port switching mechanism. In addition, the AWK-4121 supports many network administration features, such as DHCP for automatic management of IP addresses, web browsers, and IP filters, to help ensure a secure wireless network environment.
