Iso-Trude currently supplies a wide variety of pricers, bumpers, display uprights, signage and internal extruded parts to display manufacturers. Our in line and off line services such as taping, drilling, notching, labeling and assembly provide display manufacturers parts which are ready to use. We have light booths, spectrophotometers and gloss meters which allow us to provide consistent color from run to run even with metallics. Our proprietary tooling produces parts which are consistent from order to order. We now have Green Materials available with 50% recycled/natural content.
We also offer design service to assist you in cost reductions. For example, as part of a team with our customer, a part consisting of a plastic pricer, extruded aluminum channel (handle) and particleboard front was redesigned as a one-piece extrusion. The savings in assembly cost, inventory, scrap, paid for the tooling in less than a year.
