Three Ransburg Equipment Packages Make Money Saving Debut!

AeroBell, TurboDisk and Robotic EZ Mation Packages Make Automation Fast and Easy

Introducing a new way to make automation quick and affordable…ITW Ransburg's EZ Mation automation packages. The new automation packages include everything needed to transition from manual finishing systems to entry level automated systems. Offering Single AeroBell, TurboDisk and Robotic Packages, ITW Ransburg has an EZ Mation package to meet any operation's finishing needs.

Consisting of an integrated applicator, mounting device and power supply, each EZ Mation package is designed to fit specific finishing requirements. According to Judith Lietzke, ITW Ransburg Marketing Manager, "Our EZ Mation systems offer something for every application. With these versatile packages, customers choose the particular EZ Mation solution for their finishing operation."

The EZ Mation Aerobell rotary atomizer package offers improvements in general industry finishing processes for products such as sporting goods, cosmetic caps, cell phones, brass hardware, oil filters, pens and circuit boards just to name a few. The applicator's soft spray and low particle velocity provides enhanced atomization and a high quality finish. Centralized controls ensure accurate and precise applications. Easy "out of the box" set up and installation allow users to get up and running with minimal downtime.

ITW Ransburg's proven air turbine technology makes the EZ Mation TurboDisk system an efficient and dependable finishing system. The patented serrated edge delivers excellent atomization with minimal rotation. Flow rates up to 1,500 cc/min accommodate a great range of industrial finishing applications such as f axels, shock absorbers, various sporting goods, furniture components and many construction materials.

The affordable EZ Mation Robot System offers an economical opportunity to improve efficiency and repeatability. Designed for entry-level automation applications, the EZ Mation Robot package will improve consistency and reduce downtime while producing a high quality class A finish. The system's compact size requires minimal space for installation and operation.

Combining the proven, transfer efficiency of electrostatics with the maximum repeatability of an automated system, the EZ Mation systems address issues of quality as well as budget. "EZ Mation offers a cost effective way to bring automation to your operating system", says Lietzke, "Our new EZ Mation system make the transition to automation quick and easy."

The inventor of the electrostatic process, ITW Ransburg is the global leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of electrostatic finishing equipment.
