Antimicrobial keyboard for medical, pharma, food

The InduProof med™ keyboard is the latest addition in the InduProof™ product line of NEMA6P fully sealed keyboards . The InduProof med™ features an anti-microbial silicone material encasing the entire keyboard. The keyboard can be disinfected using standard industrial cleaners and disinfectants. The entire keyboard can be submersed in liquids. The InduProof med™ can be paired with an InduMouse med™ silicone-encased optical mouse with the same anti-microbial properties.

The InduProof med™ and InduMouse med™ are is intended for use in hygiene sensitive environments for medical, pharmaceutical and food processing applications. Its protection against microbes makes equipment easier to clean. The keyboard surface stays cleaner and safer between cleaning as recommended by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).

The InduProof med™ uses low profile keyswitches with carbon-on-gold contact elements for tactile feedback and reliability. The keyboard is completely protected against dust, dirt, grease and liquids to IP68/NEMA 6P. The keyboard surface can be cleaned and disinfected by submersion into disinfection liquids. Both InduProof med™ and InduMouse med™ are available in PS/2 and USB versions.
