IMI's Magnetic Skate Rail is ideal for use in conjunction with Magnetic Transfer Conveyors. Magnetic Skate Rail is typically positioned on the outside edge of a steel blank and parallel to the magnetic transfer conveyor.

The powerful magnets hold steel blanks securely up against it's long series of rollers, minimizing flexing or bending of the sheet as it is conveyed. The neoprene wheels allow blanks to roll easily into the press. The magnet can be adjusted to accommodate the size and thickness of different blanks.

Specifications include: High strength ceramic magnet, industrial grade enamel painted finish, and heavy-duty all welded mild steel construction. Custom rail lengths as required for each application. Mounting hole positions vary with magnet lenth.
