Many high-tech processes, such as Photovoltaic, Solar cell, and Vacuum appplications run faster, more efficiently, and with greater stability when infrared heaters with the QRC reflector are used. A reflector helps to target infrared radiation. Unlike conventional reflectors, the QRC reflector never needs cleaning, is damage resistant, maintains consistent reflectivity over the lifetime, and is nearly metal-free consisting of high purity synthetic quartz material coating on the clear fused quartz glass tube.
As a result, the lamp is very compact and requires very little working space. The quartz reflector has extremely high temperature resistance up to around 1000 deg C and is also resistant to acids and other aggressive substances. Consequently, lamps with this reflector can be used even in manufacturing processes where the manufacturing plant requires regular cleaning with corrosive cleaning agents. More information...
