Inspec calibrates machines, gages and precision hand tools to B89 and ISO standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. For gages and precision hand tools we offer on-site or in-house services. We also offer expedited services if needed, otherwise our turnaround time is 5-10 business days.

InspecGAGE is a tracking software program designed to help you manage your metrology assets, reduce costs, provide compliance with calibration standards and improve profitability.
Available to our valued customers at no cost, InspecGAGE allows you to monitor scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, track gage locations, retrieve calibration records, print calibration certificates and provide reporting for management analysis.
We offer multi-day, single day and half day training classes. Depending on the size and needs of the group, classes can be held at your facility, our facility or an off-site location. We will tailor classes to your needs.
CLASSES INCLUDE: PC DMIS, CMM Manager, MicroVu InSpec, Modis, Cameo Studio, GD&T, GR&R and others.
SAMPLE CLASSES:
CMM Software Training
Basic CMM software training will help familiarize your operator with the CMM and its hand controls. This class includes basic information such as probe calibration, alignment creation and part inspection. Also dimensioning and saving files are part of this basic training. This will improve your operator's efficiency and knowledge of the machine and software. Inspec can tailor this training to meet your operator's needs.
GD & T Training
Students of this class will improve their understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing practices through a hands on application. The outline includes explanation of the history of GD&T, the symbology, discussions, and GD & T relevance to dimensional metrology. The advanced GD & T student will practice applying the appropriate geometric controls that assure part functionality.
Advanced Software Training
Inspec can provide advanced training in various CMM software's, allowing your operator to get the highest level of productivity from your software package, maintaining accuracy of results. Software's supported include LK-DMIS, PC-DMIS, QC-5000, CMM Manager and more.
