Looking for ultra-high value resistors at an affordable price? IMS has resistors from 1ohm to 1 Teraohm in numerous packages. Don't overpay for 'hand-painted' serpentine pattern resistors made one-at-a-time. IMS' production process delivers the same performance, faster and for less!

IMS high value resistors are the superior solution when looking for high ohmic values.

We offer:

Values of up to 1 Teraohm in 0805, 1206 and 2010 cases. Other sizes are available upon request.

Standard tolerances to 30% @ 1 Teraohm; 10% @ 1 Gigaohm. lower tolerances available for lower values. Contact the factory for other tolerances.

Manageable TCRs, comparable to other manufacturers

Solder, Epoxy or Wirebond attachment.
