Stable, compact, and high performance, the IMF2262 thick film L-band 1.6 GHz low pass filter is a new addition to IMS' IMF Series of filters. The IMF Series low pass filters (LPF) afford the customer the performance of a custom designed filter with the price and delivery closer to that of an off-the-shelf solution.
These filters are for engineers who need a robust and precision design. Part-to-part performance repeatability is excellent in low or high volumes. Circuit construction is lumped/ distributed element SMT microstrip on alumina, which enables higher performance than an equivalent off-the-shelf packaged device. Tooling costs are held to a minimum.
The IMF2262 passes up to 1.6GHz with an incredibly low 0.5 dB insertion loss! Despite its compact dimensions the IMF2262 has been successfully tested to input power levels exceeding 40W. Rejection is 25 dB minimum maintained from 2.5 GHz through the 3rd harmonic. Typical VSWR is 1.1:1.
