Construction

• Class F or N coils are waterproof, fungus proof, molded of filled polyester with 18" leads in NEMA 7 enclosures with 1/2" conduit connector.
• Bodies are globe style, investment cast in CF8M stainless steel, and rated to 150 psi.
• Bonnet Assemblies are 304 SS Tubes welded into 303 SS or CF8M SS Bonnet, with 303 SS Tube Plugs.
• Piston Assemblies contain 303 SS SeatScrew Assemblies in the 303 SS Piston with Filled Teflon™ Piston Rings and 316 SS Expanders. Viton® Seat Discs held in place by 303 SS DiscScrews or CF8M GuideNuts. Piston Springs are 316 SS. SeatScrew Assemblies are Viton® Slugs in a 304 SS SeatScrew, held in place with a 316 SS Retainer.
• Pilot Assemblies Are 416 SS Armature with a 316 SS Pilot Point and 316 SS Pins.
• 1/8"-1" Globe Style Body with Union Bonnet
• 1-1/4"-2" Globe Style Body with Bolt-Down Bonnet
