The Lean Clean 360 is a front loading machine that is capable of meeting critical and precision cleaning requirements, yet economical enough for use in general parts washing. The machine cleans parts in baskets or fixtures by Rotating or Rocking them through powerful Spray wash, Agitated Immersion wash, Spray rinse, Agitated Immersion rinse and dry cycles. This self contained Ultrasonic part washer stores aqueous solutions in reservoir tanks and continually recirculates the solutions through micron filters. The solutions are discharged through powerful under water jets directed at the parts. The entire cleaning chamber is completly purged with fresh filtered solution twice every minute. The Lean Clean 360 is available with the latest technology in ultrasonic cleaning for both Wash and Rinse cycles.
