Compact Inline Conveyor Spray Washer

The JENFAB Mini Belt Parts Washers are compact self-contained machines that clean parts fed in a continuous flow. These JENFAB conveyor washers are economically priced, designed to operate in either Cellular, Small Batch or Continuous In-Line operations. They are ideal for installation on stamping presses, cold headers, die cast, screw machines and molding machines.

These industrial parts washers use a 6" to 12" wide belt to convey parts through a spray cleaning zone for washing and blow-off. Other stations can be added for rinsing and rust proofing.

The Aqueous cleaning and rinse solutions are stored in stainless steel reservoir tanks positioned under the belt. Solutions are pumped through a spray system and directed onto the parts from all sides and directions, flushing away all lubricants, oils, soils and chips. The solutions are continually recirculated by in-tank vertical mounted seal-less pumps and the spray system can be equipped with micron filtration. Disc or belt type skimmers and coalescing oil separators can be installed to continually recirculate the cleaning fluid and remove up to 99% of the non-soluble oils.
