These Small compact Rotary Drum style Aqueous Part Washers are ideal for installation on stamping presses, cold headers, die cast, screw machines and molding machines, or for use in small batch operations.

The available 15 or 19 inch diameter rotating drum moves parts through spray cleaning and immersion cleaning zones for washing, rinsing and drying. Other stations can be added for rust proofing, soaping, de-soaping and oiling.

These parts washers use environmentally safe water based solutions making them ideal for Green Manufacturing compliance. Cleaning and rinse solutions are stored in stainless steel reservoir tanks positioned under the rotating drum. Solutions are pumped through a spray system and directed onto the parts, flushing away all lubricants, oils, soils and chips. The solutions are continually recirculated by in-tank maintenance free seal-less vertical mounted pumps and the spray system can be equipped with micron filtration. Oil removal can be provided by disc, and belt type skimmers or a coalescing oil separator can be installed to continually recirculate the cleaning fluid and remove up to 99% of the non-soluable oils.

The 15 inch drum will process Up to 500 pounds per hour and the 19 inch model up to 2000 pounds per hour. All parts are thoroughly cleaned and dried in these energy efficient machines.
