Jenfab conveyor parts washers are designed to clean parts using environmentally friendly aqueous spray cleaners. These systems provide efficient processing of parts on a one piece at a time or continuous inline basis. Parts move through a series of stages in which high volume spray impingement loosens and removes chips, fines, oil, and various soils. Chips are collected in stainless strainer baskets which help keep the tanks clean. Solution can be continuously filtered to reduce maintenance and insure the nozzles are kept clean.

All Jenfab spray washers use an engineered spray system to clean parts with a minimum amount of energy. The drying systems used can vary from energy efficient low temperature recirculating air to high pressure blow off type.
