Rotary Indexing Parts Washer-Designed for One Piece Flow/Lean Manufacturing work cells precision cleans machined and finish ground parts
This machine moves individual parts one part at a time through a cleaning process on an Indexing table designed for automatic loading and unloading of parts via a pick and place robot. The machine cleans chips and coolants from machined parts by using a spray cleaning action combined with an Environmentally Safe Aqueous cleaning solution. Rinse stations and rust prevent stations can be added, each using a recirculated spray action. A drying station is included to insure only clean and dry parts will discharge.
In operation; parts would be loaded by a robot or human onto fixtures mounted on a rotating table, on a preset cycle the machine indexes. The parts pass through the various spray stations and dry stations and index back to the load unload station where one part is unloaded and a new dirty part is loaded.
The machine is energy efficient because all solutions are stored in reservoir tanks and are recirculated through filters and pumped back through the spray cleaning nozzles and sprayed onto the parts. The spray action flushes away all chips and coolants producing extremely clean parts.
