Jenfab VERTIMATIC Systems with ultrasonics are precision, high volume, vertical agitation parts washers. They can be configured for cellular, central or In-Line manufacturing with up-and-down parts agitation, ultrasonics and rotation in solution, for faster, more thorough cleaning. Vertimatic ultrasonic cleaners ensure 100% chip removal using 80% less water & chemicals than with cabinet systems. An integral, energy conserving, recirculating hot air dryer produces spot - free, fast drying. Programming can bypass a station for simultaneous processing of ferrous and nonferrous parts, while the basket tracking program provides individual basket agitation, with or without rotation. Ultrasonic frequencies of 20kHz, 25kHz, 40kHz, 80 kHz or higher are offered to clean from 10 to 60 baskets per hour.
