The Jorc Smart Guard Condensate Drain - A major breakthrough in compressed air condensate removal. The new Smart Guard® drain system uses state-of-the-art software in combination with a special transducer interface to measure the presence of condensate, volumetrically, 50 times per second. There is no loss of compressed air. Continuous monitoring insures fast, effective discharge of up to 30 GPH at 100 PSI. There are no sensors to foul up and the unit functions equally well with clear water or heavily emulsified and dirty condensate.
The Smart Guard® requires no anti-syphon pipeline. A specially designed direct operating valve with a large orifice protects against blockage. Self-calibration and an automatic reset protect the unit against voltage peaks or other electrical supply fouling.
The Smart Guard® operates in a pressure range from zero to 230 psi and the large condensate removal capacity makes it suitable for all applications, regardless of size. A clear condensate reservoir bowl offers fast visual inspection.
SMART GUARD® MAXI Condensate Drain, Large Volume intelligent drain. The discharge capacity of 150 GPH at 100 PSI condensate per hour is achieved by a specially designed software program. It's Smart... It Guards... No air loss, One model for all capacities, 87C751 Microcontroller, Special Transducer Interface, Self Calibrating, Automatic Re-set, No Sensors to Foul Up, State-of-the-Art Software
Dual Inlet Feature, 50 Measuring Checks Per Second, Visual Control Through Clear Bowl, Not Affected By Syphon Effect, Large Orifice for Fast Discharge, IP65, Viton Valve Seals The Smart Guard® range is complemented with a high volume discharge model.
The Smart Guard® Maxi up to 264 gallons of condensate per hour.
The Smart Guard® Bio and The Smart Guard® Biomaxi comply to the Norm EN 1012-1.
