The new SMART GUARD pro drain system uses state-of-the-art software in combination with a special transducer interface to measure the presence of condensate, volumetrically, 50 times per second. There is no loss of compressed air. Continuous monitoring insures fast, effective discharge of up to 60 GPH at 100 PSI. There are no sensors to foul up and the unit functions equally well with clear water or heavily emulsified and dirty condensate.

The SMART GUARD pro requires no anti-siphon pipeline. A specially designed direct operating valve with a large orifice protects against blockage. An automatic re-set protects the unit against voltage peaks or other electrical supply foulings.

The SMART GUARD pro operates in a pressure range from zero to 16 bar and the large condensate removal capacity makes it suitable for all applications, regardless of size. An alarm feature is incorporated standard.
