Jaygo Vacuum Deaerators are designed to remove air and various gases from liquid products on a continuous basis. Standard sizes are from approximately 1 gallon per minute up to 30 gallons per minute of deaerated product.

Method of Operation
Product to be deaerated is drawn into vacuum vessel, passed over a rotating disk and atomized, exposing entrapped air bubbles to vacuum. Gas is drawn off by vacuum pump. Product is pumped away by positive displacement pump.
