Our full line of radial ball bearings comes in both standard inch and metric dimensions. Jilson's non-corrosive ball bearings are lightweight and come in distinctive styles such as; single row, double row, conveyor and flanged. They are available in a wide variety of sizes and materials to withstand wet and corrosive environments.
Our radial ball bearings come in metric size ranges from 3-mm inside diameter (ID) to 175-mm outside diameter (OD), and standard inch size ranges from 1/8-inch ID to 7-inch OD. If your equipment is standard, or more out of the ordinary, Jilson is likely to have what you need in stock, and if not, we will create something just for you. Unique requirements call for specific materials to suit extraordinary situations, so Jilson uses only the finest materials in combinations that are able to meet the most exacting standards.
When combined with stainless steel or non-metallic balls (polymer, glass or ceramic), these non-corrosive ball bearings are completely non-magnetic. That makes for a great alternative when magnetic distortion must be avoided. Plus, our ball bearings are self-lubricating, which means they're maintenance free.
Jilson non-corrosive ball bearings are ideal for many different environments and uses. Whether the work environment is dry or is wet, has wash down areas, uses corrosive materials, abrasive chemicals, or has inaccessibility for lubrication, Jilson has the bearing for you. If your equipment carries relatively low loads and RPM, or demands the strength to handle the heaviest load, you need the bearing that will keep things running smoothly. We use top grade materials such as: Acetal, Nylon, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, KYNAR, PETP, PBT, PEEK, Ceramic and Stainless Steel to support virtually any business or industry.
