The Kett KJT30 is the world's smallest and lightest in-line system. Legendary Kett measurement accuracy is provided in a size to fit most applications. The KJT30 continues the use of smart sensor design, allowing measurement without connection to controllers, PC's, or other cumbersome I/O devices. 4-20mA and RS485/RS232 connections allow for local process control, remote integration into any data collection protocol, plus unlimited versatility... whether adding new process lines or upgrading existing processes.

The KJT30 uses reflected Near-Infrared light to measure product moisture in liquid and solid streams. With a refresh rate of 0.5 seconds, the KJT30 can be used to measure extremely variable and rapidly changing products, as well as processes where quality is critical. When monitoring capabilities of the KJT30 are integrated with the Kett TrackerTM data collection and analysis software, improved error detection, analysis, and product quality result.

Wide Applications

The KJT30 can be used to measure pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, foods, pulp and paper, minerals, lubricants, and personal care products. In fact, almost any liquid or solid can be accurately measured with the KJT30. Some of the applications being successfully measured include:
