Our custom flow meters are designed and manufactured to be durable, accurate, and suitable for measuring water, oils, coolants, compressed air and gasses, steam and more in medical, industrial, chemical, and laboratory applications.

Incorporating more than 20 different design features, Key Instruments' products can be customized to your exact preferences and subsystem or assembly requirements. For instance, our flowmeters can be configured with a control valve on the inlet, outlet or no valve at all and valves can be specified in brass or stainless steel. Upon request, O-rings can be provided with Buna-N, Viton®, or other optional elastomers.

At Key Instruments, we design and manufacture each flow meter for easy installation that meets and exceeds industry standards. Each meter is tested to ensure a high level of accuracy and readability and comes equipped with a Certificate of Conformance (C.O.C.), which clearly states that your product has been manufactured, assembled, and tested to all agreed upon parameters as stated in your original purchase order.
