Free floating heavy duty ball mat system. For the first time ever, there finally is a ULD ball mat system that requires no modifications to warehouse floor that allows for incorporation of flip locks & side guide. This type of system can be used for not only ULD containers but any type of flat bottom surface that needs to be conveyed. Systems can be designed for moving loads of 15,000#'s and greater. This system is the perfect addition for holiday seasons as well. This system consist of 4' x 12' x 2'' thick fiberglass grating panels which can be cut to custom sizes, it is held together with junction blocks that simply drop into place and are tightened with a cordless drill. Container locks are then set into place where-ever they may be required. Container locks can be setup on the leading edge of the fiberglass, raised to the up position & then our optional sideguide can be dropped on to keep containers on the system. Flip locks & junction blocks consist of a metal plate with compression rubber blocks that expand to fit the fiberglass grating. Fliplocks have been tested by being run into by a 15,000# container. This system can be elevated, installed over current system as well. Ball transfer spacing can range from 2'' centers on up. Please contact for further details
