Worried about adding addition weight to the vehicle. Not to worry KieTek now produces a Phenolic series ball transfer that weights in at only .25lb no one else offers this. A complete roller bed system adds less then 250lbs to a fullsize sprinter. KieTek also hold the patent to the square housing ball transfer & cube roller designed specifically to be used in fiberglass grating. Loading the van is really simple. You will need to use a plywood or aluminum skid to move pallets across the system.
