Kleiss Gears Unique Gear Testing

The president and founder of Kleiss Gears, Rod Kleiss, has been at the cutting edge of polymer gearing technology and advancements for over two decades and he is never without a challenge.

Kleiss has a lab devoted to the testing of polymer gears. Gear testers are custom made to help discover more about molded gears and polymer materials. Inspection is part of the entire research and development process of creating custom gears at Kleiss Gears. It is also the final step. Gears are examined in detail on the Legend, the Werth and in a roller tester to make sure the shape Kleiss designed is the one that came out of the mold.
