The BeamAlyzer™ (3 blade) and Super BeamAlyzer™ (7 blade) tomographic beam analysis systems combine the most frequently used beam measurement functions power, position, beam size and profile, and beam noise analysis in either a single, robust, stand alone instrument, or with a PCMCIA card to mount in a host computer. The systems can be ordered with silicon, UV silicon, or indium gallium arsenide detector heads and are interchangeable.
