Kurt Manufacturing - Die Cast is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of aluminum die-castings. We provide our customers with unequaled technical support and service. Our 90,000 square foot facility houses 20 cold chamber die cast machines; trim tools, finishing services and in-house machining and assembly operations.

Kurt Die Cast Quality System is registered to ISO 9001/2000

At Kurt Die Cast we focus on 5 primary aluminum alloys. Kurt has the capacity and capability to add other alloys per our customers requirements. Aluminum die cast alloys are lightweight with high dimensional stability. Aluminum has high thermal and electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, very good mechanical properties as well as strength at high temperatures.

• 380 - The most commonly die casted alloy with good fluidity & fair anodizing properties.
• 360 - Excellent pressure tightness and fluidity with a high silicon content.
• 369 - Very high silicon content. Excellent corrosion resistance, good fluidity and strength at elevated temperatures.
• 390 - Very high silicon content with elevated temperature strength but difficult machinability.
• 413 - Very high silicon content, good fluidity but with poor anodizing quality.
