L-com, Inc. manufactures custom USB cables to match your specifications in as little as 2-4 weeks for assembled version cables or 4-6 weeks for molded assemblies.


Upon receipt of your order, we will custom design an engineering drawing for you to reveiw and approve before we build anything. Once approved, custom cable runs can be done in as little as two weeks, depending on the requirements and availability of materials.

We have the ability to manufacture custom products in large or small volumes. Fast turnaround is also available if needed. Our custom design process is simple and makes working with us as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Provide us with the requirements of your project, from a rough sketch to a detailed drawing. Our technical staff will review the project, consult with you, and provide a quotation within 24 hours in most cases. Download our custom product design form.


2. Once an order is placed, we'll generate an engineering drawing and/or a 3D rendering of your custom assembly and e-mail it to you for approval.


3. Once the drawing has been approved, production will begin in one of our facilities. We can produce quantities as low as 1 piece and as high as 100,000 pieces with very short lead times.
