Designed for the refinery and chemical processing industries, UltraGard pipe wrap insulation cuts energy loss and extends pipe rack efficiencies in piping systems.

UltraGard is available in the following sizes:

  • Thickness: 5 mm, 10 mm
  • Length: 59 1/2" nominal
  • Width: 1 1/2", 2", 3"

UltraGard is available in both Pyrogel (R) XT for high/mid temperature applications and Cryogel (TM) Z for cryogenic/cold applications:

Maximum Use Temperatures:

  • Pyrogel XT - 1200 degrees F (650 degrees C)
  • Cryogel Z - 194 degrees F (90 degrees C)
