Infra-red Cure Oven

LS Industries Infra-red Cure Ovens are the perfect tool for rim and wheel finishing. The IR panels are highly efficient at directing heat at the part. Resulting in faster cycle times and higher rate of production. Cycle times and temperatures are easily monitored.

The specially designed IR panels help to avoid cold spots in the oven. Most infrared heaters on the market today require the use of an external reflector, which results in a loss of radiant efficiency. The proven design of the LS Industries IR ovens heaters require no external reflector and results in consistently high radiant efficiency. Digital temperature control gives a constant visual of the IR panels performance. The panels are adjustable from 0°-1000° F with the part capable of reaching 525°F. Typical cycle time is eight rims/wheels per hour. Match all of these benefits along with the long life guarantees an unequalled performance.

The IR ovens also features pneumatically controlled doors. The motorize conveyor and pneumatic doors are controlled by limit switches. Sensors determine when the rim is in place. Cycles are variable and set by a timer. The cabinet and doors are insulated. Rim hanging system is capable of holding a 100 pound rim. The IR600 oven holds two truck rims and the IR900 oven holds three truck rims at a time.

A complete turn key system includes a RB2 or RB2002 Rim Blaster, powder coat booth and the IR600 oven or IR900 oven.
