LS Blasters are built from rugged 10-gauge steel with welded construction. Replaceable "wear resistant" liner material or manganese alloy are strategically positioned inside the cabinet, to absorb the brunt of the impact from the abrasive. These machines are built to provide years of trouble free service with minimal maintenance.

Our standard blasters feature a hinge mounted "clamshell" style door for easy access. Our parts baskets are specially constructed from rugged heat-treated grating with a wide mouth opening for easy parts loading and removal. Just close the door and set the timer. Shot usage is monitored by an analog readout of amperes being drawn by the LS TurboShot™ impeller wheels.

These mighty cleaning machines have long been a popular tool for both automotive and industrial cleaning applications. Engine blocks and heads, fabricated metal parts, steel and aluminum wheels, water pump housings, connecting rods, castings, basically anything made of metal that needs to be cleaned, can be cleaned. All Airless Blasters require dust collection. Our custom built collectors are matched to each machine to provide the proper amount of suction to remove debris and keep your shot clean.
