LS Blasters are built from rugged 1/4" steel with welded construction. Replaceable "wear resistant" liner material or manganese alloy are strategically positioned inside the cabinet, to absorb the brunt of the impact from the abrasive. These machines are built to provide years of trouble free service with minimal maintenance.

Our standard blasters feature a hinge mounted style door for easy access. The pictured 12RTB has an optional air / pnuematic operated door. They come standard with a heavy-duty 4 ply Rubber Belt with 3/8" holes for abrasive return. Just close the door and set the timer. Shot usage is monitored by an analog readout of amperes being drawn by the LS impeller wheel. An overhead blast wheel provides the ultimate in shot blast coverage for your more delicate parts. Available with the LS Turboshot™ impeller or the LS Bidirectional Sureblast™ Direct Drive Center Fed Wheel.

These mighty cleaning machines have long been a popular tool for both rebuilders and castings. Fabricated metal parts, iron, steel and aluminum castings, water pump housings, connecting rods, basically anything made of metal that needs to be cleaned, can be cleaned. All blasters require dust collection. Our custom built collectors are matched to each machine to provide the proper amount of suction to remove debris and keep your shot clean. Shot life is extended and air quality in your shop is maintained. All quotations include dust collector recommendations.
