Lapmaster now offers super-abrasive Fine Grinding plates for both Lapmaster and other manufacturer's single-sided and double-sided equipment. Diamond and CBN abrasives are available, offered in vitrified and resin bonds. Three (3) general configurations are featured: Segments, pellets or grooved faces. We can provide plates up to 2.5 meters in diameter.
Custom features to suit individual applications include abrasive type & concentration, abrasive particle/mesh size, bond type & hardness, plus open-groove or epoxy-filled gaps.
To optimize plate performance, Lapmaster also offers plate dressing tools, work-holders, production coolant-lubricant formulations and closed-loop coolant/filtration systems.
