When your machine is down, time is critical. Lead Screws offers an emergency repair service to get your machine back into production as quickly as possible. If you call (800) 678-0726 ahead of time to alert Lead Screws that your part in coming, LSI will make every effort to repair your ballscrew in 24 hours. There is an additional charge for this service, but that cost is more than offset by reducing the time that your machine is not producing. Many Fadal screws are in stock and ready to ship.
