The Lechler WHISPERBLAST air nozzle is our most popular single nozzle. It provides focused blasting power with minimal air consumption. While uncontrolled compressed air can be quite loud, the design of the WHISPERBLAST partitions the air flow into 16 air channels. This multi-channeling results in a uniform, straight, and powerful air jet which is surprisingly quiet (it "whispers"). The flat version creates an effective air knife that can be used individually or with others on a header. The round version is excellent for spot blasting or with use on a hand air gun.

The flat version comes standard in POM plastic and aluminum while the round version is available in POM and brass materials. We also have a single orifice MiniBlast nozzle for a focused air blast. This model is best used with a hand air gun.
