Uehling Instrument Liquid Level Measurement...Anywhere For tanks, wells, sumps, watertowers, lakes density (specific gravity) and pressure measurement. Digital Tank-O-Meters® accurately measure tank contents regardless of the tank location in relation to the Digital Display. They are a natural extension of Uehling's well known and time proven line of Tank-O-Meter® gauge products.

Systems are also available as a retrofit addition to existing gauge installations operating on the hydrostatic principle. Digital Tank-O-Meters® are often used with existing conventional gauages to create a backup system, allow comparison readings to assure accuracy, and take advntage of the analog output as well as the built-in high/low level alarm or switch capabilities.

Features

  • Digital display is factory calibrated to any tank configuration to insure accurate readings in inces, gallons, pounds, centimeters, liters, kilos, etc.
  • Local or remote mounting: Digital Display can be virtually any distance from the tank.
  • High/low level limit circuitry is standard and user adjustable (for level alarms, operate relays, start/stop pumps, open/close valves).
  • Three system configuration to choose from: Pneumatic Signal Reading, Direct Reading, Retrofit addition to existing Tank-O-Meter or other hydrostatic principle gauge systems.
  • Serial RS232 and/or 4-20 mA, 0 to 5 Volt, 0 to 10 Volt analog output for communication with PCs, data acquisition systems, PLCs, chart recorders, multiple display locations, etc.
  • Uses accurate and dependable hydrostatic principle.
  • Installation is quick and easy while the tank is in service.
  • Tanks may be open, closed, vented, at ground level, buried, elevated, under pressure or vaccuum.
  • Any tank configuraiton; horizontal, vertical, etc.
  • Centrally located Panel Board mounted displays with or without alarms, relays, horns, reset push-button, etc., as required are available for single or multi tank installations.
  • There are no moving parts that wear out or hang-up to cause false readings.
  • Avoid costly and dangerous overflowing of tanks.
  • Use with existing conventional gauges to create a backup system, allow comparison readings to further assure accuracy and simultaneously take advantage of the high/low level alarm, switching capability and analog output.
  • Keep accurate inventories, avoid down time due to lack of supply.
  • Foaming products are read accurately and easily (versus sonar or "stick" readings).
  • Determine proper ratios in mixing process.
