MEI Achiever: Manual Wet Benches and Wet Processing Stations

MEI builds its Achiever manual wet benches, fume hoods and parts cleaning benches with the same precision and care it affords its automated wet processing systems.

MEI manual wet stations are configurable with single or multiple tanks and can also be fitted to contain agitation, recirculation, mixing, sprayers, specialty baskets, spinners and hot plates and a wide range of other features and functions. If specified in advance some of our Achiever systems are upgradable to automation in the future.MEI Wet Benches are used for chemical etching, stripping, parts cleaning, wafer cleaning, polishing and many more applications.

We are deeply experienced in designing for cleanroom requirments, with demanding peformance, space and utilization requirements

Fume Hoods:

MEI fume hoods and laminar flow stations are quality built, tailored to customer specifications and are available with many of the same features and options as our Achiever wet benches.

Some of the many options available are:

• Sitting or standing heights available for table top or free standing use
• Top or back exhaust connections
• Plastic or metal frame can be manufactured using Polypropylene or 4910 flame retardant plastics and also from Stainless Steel
• Full front door (three panels) or partial doors (two panels) as well as counter balanced manual opening door design
• HEPA filtration
• Storage cabinets with leak detectors
• Utility sink
• Goose neck faucet for use with city or DI water can be footswitch actuated
• Static tanks
• Process timers with alarms
• 110 VAC accessory plugs
• Power up or down circuit with EPO

MEI builds its parts cleaning benches with the same precision and care it affords its wet processing benches. All of MEI parts cleaning benches are built to last using all CNC machined parts, complete separation of plastic and metal machining, certified plastic welders, pure bond welding, and ultra pure plumbing processes. They are used for cleaning of quartz bell jars, furniture, small parts and metal parts pre-etch and are designed and built to cleanroom standards.
