The Pyrogenics Group's experts provide toll processsing service for carbon/graphite based material, composites, and refractories through chemical vapor infiltration and resin impregnation.

Our inert atmosphere and vacuum furnaces are capable of both small pilot runs as well as full scale production to support any industry. We are able to supply purities to less than (5) parts per million.

With CNC machining capability and backed by full scale analytical analysis, we offer complete processing capabilities.

Our multi-building complex, houses a variety of sophisticated equipment including two large high-temperature furnaces capable of processing part dimensions up to 42" long (107 cm), and widths up to 15" wide (38 cm) with temperatures up to 2300 °C.

Two additional medium-sized furnaces are available for toll processing. Controllable furnace atmospheres include vacuum, inert gas, reducing gases, and gas mixtures.

We use our small pilot furnaces for defining optimum process parameters including temperature, pressure, gases, and cycle time to ensure complete process understanding and viability for the customer.

The Pyrogenics Group has the support of a full service analytical lab for all our special production or prototype runs. We are fully equipped to finish every order to the customer's exact specifications and quality requirements
