Design Considerations

Custom Vinyl Dip Molding

With the acquisition of the dip molding division of Steere Enterprises, MOCAP now has over 80 years of combined dip molding experience. Besides a very large selection of proprietary dip molded products, MOCAP can offer the best in custom dip molding. Tooling costs are very low, and with our state of the art manufacturing facility in China, complete with in-house tooling shop, MOCAP can offer the lowest cost tooling in the industry ! Parts can then be made at any of our manufacturing sites in the US, UK or China. The choice is yours. Prototype tooling cost is extremely low and can be produced in less than 2 weeks. With several highly efficient machine designs to choose from, MOCAP can produce your parts in the most cost efficient manner possible, offering you the lowest price on both parts and tooling. Rubber Molding

MOCAP continues to offer multiple rubber molding options, from compression molding for lower cost tooling, smaller production runs and larger parts to injection molding for higher volume jobs. We know what's best for your project. High or low quantities aren't a problem either. If you need millions of parts or just a few hundred parts, we can help. And we don't limit ourselves to just a few rubber types like most rubber molders. We process virtually any thermoset compound on the market. From EPDM, neoprene and natural to silicone, Viton® and Hypalon.
