The IMC-101G offers industrial-grade media conversion between a 10/100/1000BaseT(X) connection and 1000BaseSX/LX/LHX/ZX, allowing users to extend the distance between copper based connections with fiber optic cables. It has an open SFP slot that allows users to plug in the appropriate SFP optics to suit a variety of applications.
The IMC-101G is designed to provide reliable and stable 10/100/1000BaseT(X) to 1000BaseSX/LX/LHX/ZX media conversion in harsh industrial environments. It has an industrial design that ensures continuous operation for automation applications, and comes with a relay output warning alarm to help prevent damage and loss. All IMC-101G models are subjected to a 100% burn-in test, and are available in models that support a standard operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C, and an extended operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C.

The standard IMC-101G models support an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C, and the wide temperature models can be used in a temperature range of -40 to 75°C.
