The new MAGNUM® miniature x-ray tube has higher flux, improved stability, and a smaller x-ray spot size than any other MOXTEK x-ray tube. The MAGNUM x-ray tube is used for a variety of applications including handheld and bench top instruments. This x-ray tube produces high output in a small spot size and it can be packaged into custom enclosures to meet tight customer requirements. The MAGNUM tube is currently offered in a transmission configuration and will soon be released in a reflection target configuration.
