Polarizers

ProFlux^TM Polarizers are a form birefringence material. Simply defined, the form, or shape of the MicroWires^TM, cause birefringence, splitting 1 ray of light into 2 rays. Light that is oriented parallel to the MircroWires^TM reflects (s-plane). Light that is perpendicular to the wires transmit (p-plane). The period of the of the MicroWires^TM as well as the shape, height, and width of the wires all affect the overall performance of ProFlux^TM polarizer.
