MPI has the latest RFID technology for printing and encoding RFID labels for you whether it's small quantities or millions.
MPI encodes to DoD and EPC requirements and verify the encoded RFID data with barcode readability. There are two choices available for your encoded labels. They can be RFID blank labels that are encoded and imprinted or RFID preprinted labels that are available in a variety of sizes, materials, adhesives, and colors.
If you want to save time and money by eliminating the cost of equipment and training, call MPI to have your labels encoded for you.
RFID Equipment
MPI has RFID printer applicators that will read, encode, verify, and apply RFID pressure sensitive labels to both moving and stationary products. A Sato or Zebra print engine is integrated into an applicator to form a self-contained unit for printing variable data.
The RFID applicators can be configured with wipe-on, tamp-blow, or air-blow. The features provide wrinkle free labeling on difficult product shapes and label materials.
MPI technical services provide installation and repair services both in house and on site. Their parts department stocks spare parts on wearable items to keep production running smooth.
