CUSTOM SHAPES fit unique applications. The tooling is usually proprietary. Parts are typically produced to order and not stocked.

Custom roll formed profiles are available in aluminum, copper, and many varieties of steel. Gages range from .010" up to .165", flat widths from 1/2" up to 48" , heights up to 3". Custom lengths, special materials, finishes and packaging are tailored to OEM customer requirements.

Tooling is available in house as well as design assistance.
