The RLW reactor is designed to meet the unique needs of OEM's, integrators and panel builders by offering construction flexibility through its modular design while delivering peak performance in a reduced footprint package. A patented snap channel frame provides a "kit-build" system that allows the assembler substantial control over the configuration of the unit to meet some of the most difficult size and space requirements.
Standardized components provide for a quick and easy build, while an adapter plate provides a drop-in replacement to other reactors. It also offers a superior reactor DIN rail mounting solution for installation strength and security.
The new RLW line offers expanded low current ratings, expanded inductance values and standard impedance match consistent with other MTE reactor input VFD applications.
The RLW product line features sizes from 0.5 through 83 amps (higher currents through 750 amps will be available by year-end 2009), four inductance values within each current range and snap channel construction on 0.5 to 7 amp reactors.
The MTE RLW reactors help keep equipment running longer by absorbing many of the power line disturbances which otherwise damage or shut down inverters, variable frequency drives, variable speed controllers or other sensitive equipment. They are a potent filtering solution for virtually any six pulse rectifier or power conversion unit.
