MW Industries manufactures a full range of coil springs, including compression, extension, torsion, and double torsion configurations. Our multislide forming equipment can produce complex hook and leg geometries for extension and torsion springs complete off the machine. We work with all conventional spring materials as well as exotic high temperature and titanium alloys. Wire size capability ranges from 0.004" to 2.00". We can hot wind springs in wire diameters up to 2". Post production processes include stress relief; hardening and tempering; grinding; heat set compression; shot-peening, and painting. Our technical support services include metallurgy; CAD; FEA; Failure analysis; Non-linear analysis and Reliability engineering.
We use stereo zoom microscopy, hardness and microhardness testing, scanning electron microscopy, electron dispersion spectrography and x-ray diffraction to insure our products and processes provide the highest quality solutions to your requirements.
